The field of personology is enjoying great growth, spurred by findings coming from behavior genetics, evolutionary psychology, rethinking of DSM personality disorders, and advances in test construction and psychometrics. This book traces the development of the field, written by those who were the pioneers of personality assessment. --From publisher's description.
