The Supreme Court of the United States named Mr. Delano as Receiver in the Red River Boundary Case (Oklahoma v. Texas) in April 1920 and he served in that capacity until the court issued its final decree, on June 1, 1925. This report covers Apr.-Sept. 1923 which completes three and half years of the receivership.
